After completing his Articles of Clerkship, Michael Pasternack continued his general corporate/commercial practice at a major Toronto law firm for over three years. Michael has been engaged in a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• incorporation and organization
• small business financing
• mergers and acquisitions
• corporate equity incentive packages (employee stock options and employee share purchase plans)
• software licencing and Internet law
• general commercial contracts (sales and supply, distribution, consulting, information technology, confidentiality)

Michael is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian IT Law Association.
